Please read these terms carefully before buying from Our Service.

Definitions

• Company ("We", "Us", "Our") refers to Rammerhead Shop.

• Service refers to this website, https://shop.rammerhead.org, and the benefits a Key gives in the Rammerhead Browser and the Rammerhead Discord server.

• Key means the code You receive when You buy a Pass or a Subscription. It is how You use and manage what You bought. There are no accounts.

• Pass means a one-time purchase that gives the benefits for a fixed period and does not renew.

• Subscription means a purchase billed every month until it is canceled.

• You means the person buying or using a Key, or the parent or guardian buying for them.

Acknowledgment

By buying from or using the Service You agree to these Terms and to Our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

You must be 13 or older to buy. If You are under 18, You need the permission of a parent or guardian, and they agree to these Terms for You.

What You Buy

A Pass or a Subscription gives, in the Rammerhead Browser: uncapped speed on dedicated servers (free use is capped), ad blocking, and a Cloudflare captcha solver used when Cloudflare's own check fails. A Subscription also gives, in the Rammerhead Discord server once You link Your Key with /link: the subscriber role, private links and more link choices.

• A week Pass lasts 7 days from the purchase.

• A school year Pass lasts until June 30. Bought within 60 days of a June 30, it lasts until the June 30 after that.

• A Subscription lasts as long as it is paid, and ends when it is canceled or a payment fails.

The benefits depend on servers and third-party sites We do not control. We work to keep them running, but We do not guarantee any speed, uptime, or that any particular site works through the Service. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Your Key

Anyone who has Your Key can use it, and a Subscription Key can open the page that cancels the Subscription or changes its card. Keep it private. Your Key is shown after the purchase; if You lose it, email [email protected] from the email address You paid with and We will find it.

Linking a Key in the Discord server ties it to the Discord account that linked it last; linking it from another account moves it there.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You must have the right to use the payment method You give, and the information You give must be accurate. Prices are shown before You pay and may change for future purchases. For a Subscription, a price change takes effect only after We give You reasonable notice, so You can cancel before it does.

A Subscription is billed in advance each month and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel any time on the manage page with Your Key: it stops renewing and keeps working until the end of the month already paid.

We may refuse or cancel an order for errors in prices or descriptions, or if fraud is suspected.

Refunds

Except when required by law, payments are non-refundable. We consider refund requests case by case, at Our discretion: email [email protected]. A refunded payment ends what it paid for right away, and a refunded Subscription stops renewing. A disputed payment (chargeback) also ends the Key.

Supporters List

Payments count toward the funding goal shown in the Rammerhead Browser. Each Key's total this school year appears on the supporters list, as "anonymous" unless You choose a name. A name You choose is public. It must not impersonate anyone or be offensive; We may refuse or remove any name.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for anything illegal, to attack or overload others, or to resell or share Keys at scale. We may end a Key that is used this way, without a refund.

Feedback

If You send Us feedback (in the Rammerhead Browser or the Discord server), We may use it to improve the Service without any obligation to You.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to You is limited to the amount You paid Us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to You.

Governing Law

The laws of New Jersey, United States govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. If You are a consumer in the European Union, You also have the mandatory protections of the law of Your country. If You have a concern, please contact Us first so We can try to resolve it.

You represent that You are not located in a country under a United States government embargo, and not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the last change. For a material change, We will make reasonable efforts to give notice before it takes effect. Buying or using the Service after a change means You accept it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
